Game Rules

• Predict the movement of the Nifty 50 index for the upcoming trading session before 9:00 AM.
• You may submit only one prediction per day. Any new submission replaces the earlier one.
• Predictions are scored based on accuracy at 4:00 pm each trading day.
• Each Prediction consists of two values (in the form of points or percentage):
  • Gap Prediction - How much will the market move from the previous trading day's close to the next trading day's open?
  • Day Prediction - How much will the market move from the next trading day's open to the next trading day's close?
  • Percentages are always calculated relative to the previous trading day's close.

Scoring Rules

• Correctly predicting the direction of the day change (up or down) awards 30 points.
• Correctly predicting the direction of the opening gap (up or down) awards 30 points.
• Predictions (day or opening gap) within ±0.02% of zero are treated as near-flat predictions (neither up nor down). In such cases, 30 points are awarded only if the actual market movement (day or opening gap) is also within ±0.02% of zero.
• For the Gap Prediction and Day Prediction, points are awarded based on the accuracy of the predicted values.
• Day Predictions within ±0.5% of the actual value earn positive points, with an exact match scoring 60 points.
• Gap Predictions within ±0.25% of the actual value earn positive points, with an exact match scoring 60 points.
• Predictions outside the specified ranges result in negative points, with the minimum possible score capped at −20 points.
• The score is calculated based on the diagram shown below.

League Rules

Leagues are private competitions where you can challenge your friends to see who the best predictor is.

Creating & Joining Leagues

• You can create your own league or join leagues via invitation.
• First-time invitations must be sent using the player's phone number.
• If you have previously played with a user, you can invite them directly from your Recent Opponents list.

League Schedule Rules

• The league start date must be within the next 5 trading days.
• League duration must be between 5 and 15 trading days.

Player Lock & League Activation

• The player list is locked at 9:00 AM IST on the league start date.
• Any pending invitations at that time are automatically removed.
• A league starts only if at least one invited player accepts.
• If no players accept by 9:00 AM IST on the start date, the league is cancelled.

Scoring & Rankings

• Only Nifty 50 predictions submitted during the league period are counted toward league rankings.
• Final standings are determined by prediction performance during the league window.

Participation Limits

• Each user can create up to 4 active leagues.
• Each user can join up to 6 active leagues via invitations.
